Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is helping a dynamic MSP/Cyber Security firm recruit a Sales Person in the UK. You will build a portfolio of public sector accounts, engage with decision-makers in schools, colleges, universities, and government bodies, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

The role offers £35,000 base with OTE £80,000–£100,000, uncapped commission, company benefits, progression and training, plus hybrid/remote working and a Monday–Friday 9–5 schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT sales, ideally with public sector exposure.
• Ability to develop a portfolio of public sector accounts.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.

Are you a Sales Person from a MSP / Cyber Security background, looking for an autonomous role within a laid back, family feel like business where you can earn North of £100,000?

This dynamic IT company supply Hardware, Software and various other services into a variety of different industries along with public sector organisations, proving rapid growth while currently turning over an impressive £1.5 Million a year.

In this autonomous role, you will be in charge of building a portfolio of public sector accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, colleges, universities, and government organisations. You'll drive the full sales cycle, from winning new business, to closing deals, while earning uncapped commission and progressing your career.

This role:

• Business development and lead generation
• Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm with a early finish at 4:00pm on Fridays
• Hybrid / Remote (Optional)
• Managing portfolios, closing deals and winning new business through cold/warm approach
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to influence strategy and grow pipelines

The Person:

• Experienced in IT sales, ideally with public sector exposure
• Commutable to Northampton (Occasional)
