Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Doncaster is seeking a proactive Sales Order Processor to support our aim of accurate next-day delivery of complete orders. The role focuses on processing orders placed by 4pm, ensuring pricing correctness and high customer satisfaction.

You will learn and use the Microsoft ERP system, process orders, manage back orders and stock transfers, and handle phone and email enquiries. The position is temporary with potential to become permanent.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and IT literacy are essential.
• Numerical and reading skills to complete computer tasks and follow written instructions.
• Learn and use the Microsoft ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer purchase orders and proformas.
• Call / email customers to advise about out of stock items.
• Completing orders placed via the website.
• Booking in orders with customers when required.
• Allocating stock transfers for purchase orders.
• Allocating back orders when products arrive into stock.
• Other supporting activities including phone answering and customer services.
