Job summary

SWIFT Temps Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Order Processor / Administrator to join a busy manufacturing environment. You will handle customer orders, liaise with internal teams and ensure accurate processing.

The role requires initiative, the ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail. Training will be provided over an initial handover, with potential for extension beyond the initial one month.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales order processing or similar administrative role.
• Experience in manufacturing or technical environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and administer customer sales orders accurately.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve queries.
• Prepare quotations for customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure correct processing.
• Assist with shipping and dispatch administration.
• Maintain accurate order records.
• Prioritise workload in a busy environment.
• Perform general office duties as required.
