Responsibilities

• Process and acknowledge customer purchase orders.
• Enter new and repeat orders onto the company system.
• Ensure order information is accurate and complete.
• Communicate with customers via email and telephone.
• Raise supplier purchase orders.
• Liaise with production, planning and logistics teams.
• Prepare documentation for production departments.
• Manage supplier queries and order updates.
• General administration and office support duties.
• Answer incoming calls and assist visitors as required.
