Job summary

Upshift Finance in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to be the office-based backbone of our origination process. You’ll triage deals, keep the CRM and pipeline accurate, and ensure onboarding information moves quickly.

You will vet submissions against lending criteria, chase missing items, issue indicative terms once Credit has decided, and help build broker relationships while supporting BDMs to grow our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in lending, credit or financial services operations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with introducers and borrowers.
• Attention to detail with data and documentation.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML and lending documentation.
• Experience with CRM systems and process standardisation.

Responsibilities

• Vet incoming deals against lending criteria and triage to BDMs and Credit.
• Maintain accurate CRM records across the deal lifecycle.
• Monitor onboarding, chase outstanding information, and issue indicative terms.
• Escalate high-risk or non-standard submissions for judgement.
• Provide pipeline visibility and reporting to support planning.
• Develop broker/introducer relationships and support growth.
