Job summary

FundingLinks is seeking a hands-on Sales Operations Executive in Manchester to own deal progression from qualification to lender submission, ensuring clients provide required information and submissions are complete. You will use data to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and help shape the CRM and automation as FundingLinks grows.

Daily collaboration with directors, brokers, clients and lenders is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication with clients and lenders.
• Proactive in chasing outstanding actions and progressing deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection of financial and supporting documents from clients.
• Proactively chase outstanding information to progress live opportunities.
• Review documentation to ensure deal packs are complete prior to submission.
• Prepare lender applications and supporting information.
• Submit applications and liaise with lenders through underwriting.
• Maintain CRM accuracy for all live opportunities.
• Work with brokers to reduce admin workload and enable client advisory.
