Job summary

EOS is seeking a highly organised Sales Operations Specialist to act as the operational backbone of our sales organisation in Banbridge. You will connect Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams to streamline processes and maintain CRM integrity.

You will translate complex data into clear performance insights for sales leaders and executives, build dashboards, support onboarding, and drive repeatable procedures to improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or a closely related coordination role.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects or operational processes involving multiple departments and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational liaison for the regional sales team, supporting day-to-day logistics, responding to process enquiries and helping resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Coordinate cross-functional processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance, including deal handovers, contract routing and invoicing dependencies.
• Maintain and optimise CRM workflows using Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, accurate deal stages and effective lead routing.
• Support sales onboarding by coordinating training schedules, compiling enablement resources and tracking ramp-up timelines.
• Facilitate weekly and monthly sales meetings, coordinate agendas, document decisions and follow up on agreed actions.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support the development of clear, consistent and repeatable standard operating procedures.
