Job summary

Sphere is expanding its small but scaling energy trading team in London and seeks a Sales Support professional to help run the sales office and support revenue generation.

You will back AEs, manage CRM in Salesforce, coordinate campaigns and events, and handle admin, reporting, and office operations. The role requires excellent English, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset to work across teams in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Support role supporting a revenue generating team.
• Experience in a smaller or scaling organisation.
• Salesforce knowledge and ownership to drive adoption.
• Excellent Excel skills and data handling abilities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to collaborate across all teams within the business.

Responsibilities

• Sales Team Support - Assist AEs with client pitches, post-sales follow-up, and trial logistics.
• Customer Engagement - Collaborate with Trading Solutions to improve interactions and engagement strategies.
• Marketing Coordination - Support campaigns, manage the CRM (Salesforce), and provide collateral.
• Event Preparation - Plan and execute industry events with materials and schedules.
• Administrative Support - Scheduling, data entry, and reporting on sales performance metrics.
• Performance Monitoring - Track sales and customer success indicators and provide insights.
• Performance Management - Create reports and dashboards to track activity and attainment to target.
• General Admin - Produce reports, minute taking, and other duties forExec team.
• Office Management - Liaise with building management and handle office operations.
• Confidential Information - Handle sensitive information securely.
