You will help maintain data quality in Salesforce and the company ERP, prepare regular reports on pipeline and activity, and support onboarding of new customers. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration across departments and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine checks to ensure data is complete, accurate and consistent.
• Assist with price-book and product information updates.
• Provide administration support for New Product Introduction and End of Life Processes.
• Maintain sales operations procedures, user guides and supporting documentation.
• Support the testing and introduction of systems and process improvements.
• Support the maintenance of customer-specific pricing in Salesforce, ensuring changes are updated accurately and promptly.
• Support the monitoring and reporting of KPIs for specific customer groups, ensuring the underlying data remains accurate and up to date.
• Support the onboarding of new customers by coordinating required information, maintaining accurate system records, and liaising with relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely setup.
• Assist with other sales operations activities and projects as required.
• Produce regular reports covering pipeline, quotations, and general sales activity.
• Identify basic trends, patterns and data quality issues.
• Support the preparation of information and presentations for sales meetings and business reviews.
