Job summary

Peach Personnel Services Ltd in Datchet is seeking a Sales Operations Controller for a full-time temporary role of about 4 months, with hybrid working. You will manage the customer order portfolio to drive revenue and customer satisfaction, ensuring orders and deliveries are timely and accurate.

Key duties include processing orders, checking details, communicating delivery times, resolving disputes, and monitoring stock allocation and KPI data.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Accurate and detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Resilient under pressure and able to manage competing priorities.
• Basic knowledge of distribution logistics and SAP/EDI familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Register and process orders (EDI, manual entries) for multiple clients.
• Check order information and inform clients about delivery times.
• Handle disputes and manage stock allocation across customers.
• Clear blocked idocs in SAP and track invoicing for deliveries.
• Input data and analyze logistics KPIs.
