Job summary

Peach Personnel Services Ltd in Datchet is seeking a Sales Operations Controller for a full-time temporary role of about 4 months, with hybrid working. You will manage the customer order portfolio to drive revenue and customer satisfaction, ensuring orders and deliveries are timely and accurate.

Key duties include processing orders, checking details, communicating delivery times, resolving disputes, and monitoring stock allocation and KPI data.

Sales Operations Controller - Full time, 37.5 hpw - temporary approx 4 months

Role

A full-time temporary position, working in lovely offices with ample parking and hybrid working. Main purpose of the job is to effectively manage the customer order portfolio to achieve the expected revenue and contribute to customer satisfaction in managing their orders and deliveries (products ordered delivered on time, in the requested quantity).

Key Responsibilities

• Register and process orders (EDI, manual entries) for various clients (food retail, specialists, E-Commerce, wholesalers, retail, sample orders and staff sales)
• Check order information
• Inform clients about delivery times, delays and shortages
• Handle and resolve client disputes
• Management of stock allocation across customers
• Clearing any stuck idocs in SAP that are creating stock errors
• Tracking and invoicing of direct deliveries to customers from factory or port
• Data input and analysis of the Logistics KPIs

Experience

• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well and at all levels, both internally and externally
• Accurate with strong attention to detail
• Works well under pressure
• Good understanding of how a support function operates
• Basic knowledge of distribution logistics
• Excel knowledge, and experience with SAP would be an advantage
• Would suit a grad who is looking to gain experience within a corporate environment

This role is helping during a very busy period for around 4 months, so although the above duties will be required, we do need someone who is flexible to help wherever needed.
