Job summary

Radius is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support UK teams across the Sales and Account Management functions. The role is based onsite in Crewe, working Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00, reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader.

You will coordinate between Sales, Account Management, Finance and Operations to resolve customer queries and ensure timely, compliant handling of contract changes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer queries quickly in line with policies.
• Administer contract amendments and account changes accurately.
• Review sales calls and post-sale interactions to support dispute resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations and communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries within SLAs.
• Assist with gathering and analysing operational and financial data for reporting.
