Job summary

Nomios is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Executive to support the Sales Operations Team in the UK. The role covers quoting, order processing, invoicing, overdue funds, and contract administration, working with sales, finance, and cross-functional colleagues.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Degree preferred; English fluency and strong MS 365 skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to create quotations and assist order processing.
• Generate client invoices and manage overdue debt in collaboration with finance.
• Administer service contracts and maintain accurate records for reporting.
• Manage CRM/ERP systems and provide essential business-wide support.
• Apply credit control practices and liaise with suppliers as needed.
