SG Padel are the UK’s leading padel court installers and official distributors for Mejorset, the world's leading padel court manufacturer. With the continued rise of padel across the country, our business is rapidly expanding. We have a growing number of exciting projects in development, and we are looking for a motivated, confident individual to help drive our next phase of growth.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a self-starting and commercially-minded individual to support our existing projects and help attract and manage new business opportunities. This dynamic role will involve elements of sales, client engagement, operational coordination, and commercial strategy.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into a Project Management position after gaining relevant knowledge and experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage incoming new business enquiries from email, website, and other channels

• Handle and follow up on incoming and outbound calls with prospective clients

• Support preparation of proposals, pricing, documentation, and timelines, including site logistics, insurances, and groundwork details

• Maintain and update CRM and regularly report on project pipeline and commercial performance

• Assist in the development of sales materials and commercial resources

• Contribute to commercial activity generation across new and existing business areas

• Conduct market research and provide regular industry reports, trends, and opportunity updates

• Support development of partnerships with sports clubs, leisure centres, schools, and other venues

• Coordinate court orders and liaise with partners and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of products and services

• Assist with content creation, social media, and marketing activities

• Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events across the UK (occasional travel to Europe)

• Commercially minded individual with a passion for business and sport

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A high degree of professionalism, organisation, and reliability

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Versatility and willingness to take on varied responsibilities

• Interest or experience in sport development, especially within leisure, sports facilities, or construction

• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales reporting (training available)
