The Role

We’re currently recruiting a Commercial Operations Executive within our Partnership Development team to help us take things to the next level.

About You

  • You will support the efficient management and allocation of the Club’s partnership assets, ensuring assets are effectively leveraged across all partnerships
  • You will develop new partnership assets that meet evolving needs of the sponsorship market and are within the operational capabilities of the Club
  • You will refine and optimise existing partnership assets based on performance data, partner feedback and any new opportunities to create build partnership value
  • You will assist the valuation and budgeting of the Club’s partnership assets in collaboration with internal departments and third-party tools
  • You will maintain asset inventory forecasts to assist with effective asset allocation and support approval of prospective partnership agreements
  • You will support ad-hoc cross-functional projects aimed at optimising the Club’s partnership offering and driving the continued growth of the Club

What you will bring

  • You will bring prior experience within sports partnerships sales or activation teams, preferably within a rights-holder or agency environment
  • You will bring a good understanding of commercial revenue sources of global rights holders within sport and how sponsorship contributes to those revenues
  • You will bring a good understanding of how partnership assets can be activated to deliver on partnership objectives while also maximising revenue for the business
  • You will bring a growth mindset and be a natural self-starter with an ability to work autonomously across multiple internal departments, notably content and marketing
  • You will bring a strong attention to detail and be comfortable conducting analysis and using data to bring to life actionable insights to inform strategic decision making
  • You will bring a proactive approach by thinking ahead and generating innovative ideas
