Job summary

Jas Gujral is seeking a Sales & Operations Director to lead the sales and operations functions for a Kent-based data centre and IT infrastructure provider. Based near Rochester, you will develop the sales team, expand the client base and strengthen relationships to drive revenue growth.

The role requires a senior professional with at least 10 years in sales management or related disciplines, preferably from a technical IT background. Salary ranges from £60,000 to £80,000, depending on experience.

Sales & Operations Director – Kent

Our Client is a cloud based solutions provider established for around 10 years.

They are now looking push the brand in to a bigger space and would like to recruit a Sales & Operations Director with at least 10 years experience at a senior level.

You will be involved in developing the sales team and helping to grow the Client base.

Additionally you will be involved in managing the Client relationships to assist with further growth in revenues.

The Client would like to see someone in a senior sales operations role to assist in improving the capacity of the current processes and engineer the next level of sales activity.

The candidate will ideally need to have come from a technical IT background and have spent most of their career in sales management or a related discipline.

The Company designs and builds data centre and operates the CoLo and Network infrastructure.

At present there are around 100 personnel employed by the group which they are looking to increase in the future.

The position will be based near Rochester in Kent.

Salary will be dependent on experience but in the range £60K - £80K.
