Nativ Partners in Central London is seeking a Sales Operations & Operational Manager to support the next stage of its growth. You will sit at the heart of the sales team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and the team stays focused on revenue.

You will coordinate live finance applications, manage documents, maintain CRM records, support brokers with lender communications, and drive process improvements across the sales function as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and commercially minded.
• Experience in commercial finance, lending, fintech, financial services or brokerage.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate live finance applications from submission to completion.
• Chase and manage supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
• Support brokers with deal administration and lender communication.
• Produce sales and pipeline reporting for management.
• Improve internal sales processes and systems.
• Support onboarding and day-to-day coordination across the sales team.
• Manage the smooth running of the London office.
• Act as the central operational point between sales, management and external partners.
