An opportunity for a fast-growing commercial finance brokerage in Central London that is looking to hire a Sales Operations & Operational Manager to support the next stage of its growth.
The business has built a strong sales function across lead generation and commercial finance broking, and this hire will sit at the centre of the team, making sure the day-to-day operation runs efficiently and that the sales team can stay focused on revenue-generating activity.
This is a broad, hands-on role combining sales operations, deal coordination, office management and process improvement.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and support a growing team of SDRs and brokers across the full sales process, helping to ensure applications, documents, CRM records, lender submissions and internal processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
The role would suit someone who is highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience within commercial finance, lending, fintech, financial services or a brokerage environment would be highly desirable, although strong candidates from other B2B sales-led businesses will also be considered.
This is not a traditional office management role. The successful candidate will have real ownership of how the sales operation functions and will have the opportunity to grow into a broader Sales Operations Manager / Head of Sales Operations position as the business continues to scale.
