Job summary

Ifs is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support the Europe West MD and eight sales teams in a fast-paced software sales environment. You will gain hands-on experience in sales, operations, business development, and account management while contributing to regional growth.

You will collaborate with BDRs, marketing, and product teams, help prepare materials and reports, coordinate events, and support lead generation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support Europe West MD with sales and operations materials, leaderboards, and proposal creation.
• Organise customer meetings, events, and follow-up activities; manage event swag.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to execute initiatives.
• Conduct market research and share insights on trends and opportunities with the sales team.
