Job summary

IFS is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support the Europe West Managing Director and eight sales teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• MS Office proficiency; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Europe West MD with presentation material for internal and external use, including events and QBRs.
• Prepare sales leaderboards, proposals, and customer-facing materials.
• Maintain momentum on sales initiatives to drive deal closure and demand generation.
• Track sales KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership.
• Research prospective clients and industries to support lead generation and expansion.
• Coordinate customer and partner meetings, events, and follow-ups with content.
• Arrange and manage marketing swag for events and on-site activities.
• Collaborate with BDRs, marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives.
• Support demand generation campaigns and event coordination.
