PSD Technology Contracts Ltd. in the United Kingdom seeks a Sales & Operations Specialist to act as the operational backbone for our Sales teams. You will manage CRM hygiene, contract workflows, and data analysis to support cross-functional deal approvals.

You will collaborate with RM, Marketing, and Product Strategy, run tests in Salesforce, and help standardize processes using Excel, Google Sheets, Snowflake, and Tableau. The role requires 3+ years in sales operations or related fields.

In this contractor role as a Sales & Operations Specialist, you will act as the operational backbone for our Sales teams. You will handle day-to-day administrative, operational, and system tasks-from managing CRM hygiene and coordinating contract workflows to conducting operational data analysis, facilitating cross-functional deal approvals, and keeping team assets (tools and documentation) organised.,

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform practical data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (eg VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, graphs) to validate merchant volume, audit pipelines, and pull performance metrics in collaboration with the Data contractor.
• Cross-Team Operational Support: Assist RMs, Marketing, and Product Strategy with operational requests, including gathering required inputs for internal deal review decks (BRIC/Governance/LRC) and consolidating cross-functional updates.
• Testing & Operational Execution: Manage test card ordering, act as a tester for Salesforce system updates, and support process improvement efforts.
  We are looking for a driven, resilient and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join a vibrant Relationship Management team., 3+ years of practical experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial support, ideally within Payment Networks or Financial Services.
• Systems & Data Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis (eg pivot tables, formulas), and practical experience with procurement/contract tools (such as Zip or Oracle) and data platforms (such as Snowflake, Tableau).
• AI & Modern Tooling: Familiarity or practical experience using AI chat assistants (eg, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or internal AI platforms) to boost productivity, streamline administrative tasks, and assist with process automation.
