Job summary

Fuel Storage Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to forecast, develop and deliver sales and profit through strong customer relationships. You will coordinate with internal teams, provide administrative support to the CATS team and ensure high quality end-to-end sales and fulfilment.

You will manage customer requirements for PPMs, fuel deliveries, interceptor cleans and related works, using Synergist ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing customer accounts and delivering service quality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote and embed quality as a business aim; maintain long-term customer relationships and meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and fulfilled; manage PPMs, fuel deliveries and related works.
• Review jobs in Synergist ERP (TBR) and flag opportunities for the appropriate Sales Account Manager; support tendering processes.
