SRS Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading UK civil engineering brand to recruit a Sales Manager for Staffordshire. You will lead a 15-person sales office and coach 3 Team Leaders while driving revenue, margins and customer satisfaction through value-added selling.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will develop people, processes and performance, ensuring targets are met and CRM data is accurate, with a strong focus on customer service and market growth.

Competenze

• Proven management experience in a sales office or internal sales role.
• Experience in construction, civils, utilities or merchant markets.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and people management skills.
