Our client, a leading company in the electrical and electronic manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a Sales Office Administrator to join their dynamic team on a Temp to Perm basis. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for administration. As the Estimating & Internal Sales Office Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our client's estimating and sales operations, providing essential support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of estimates and quotations for customers
  • Manage and maintain customer databases and record-keeping systems
  • Coordinate communication between the estimating team and internal departments
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses
  • Send sales quotations as required by the sales team
  • Help track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support the internal sales team with administrative tasks and documentation

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in manufacturing or sales
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
