Job summary

The Recruitment Experts, incorporated is seeking a Sales Negotiator for an established independent estate agency. You will help buyers find their next home, support vendors, conduct viewings and negotiate offers while building strong local market knowledge.

Based in Southampton and surrounding areas, you will register buyers, match them with properties, arrange viewings and provide feedback to vendors, working with solicitors and mortgage advisers to progress sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential sales preferred.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting a motivated Sales Negotiator on behalf of an established independent estate agency with a strong focus on local knowledge, property marketing and personal service.

The role

You will help buyers find their next home and support vendors throughout the sales process. From handling enquiries and conducting viewings to negotiating offers, you will combine proactive sales activity with clear communication and dependable follow-up.
