The Recruitment Experts, incorporated is seeking a Sales Negotiator across Brighton & surrounding areas for an established independent estate agency focused on local knowledge, property marketing and personal service. The role supports buyers and vendors through the sales process, from enquiries to viewings and offers.

You will build relationships, generate valuations, maintain CRM records and work toward targets while developing local market knowledge and contributing to branch results.

We are recruiting a motivated Sales Negotiator on behalf of an established independent estate agency with a strong focus on local knowledge, property marketing and personal service.

The role

You will help buyers find their next home and support vendors throughout the sales process. From handling enquiries and conducting viewings to negotiating offers, you will combine proactive sales activity with clear communication and dependable follow-up.
