The Recruitment Experts, incorporated is seeking a Sales Negotiator in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. This dynamic role offers a basic salary of £24,000–£25,000 with on-target earnings of £35,000–£40,000+.

You will engage with buyers, arrange viewings, provide feedback, and negotiate offers to achieve successful outcomes. Ideal candidates will have prior sales experience in property, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience as a Negotiator in the property industry.
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service ethos with a consultative approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
• Knowledge of the Ashby-de-la-Zouch property market (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Register and engage with potential buyers, building strong client relationships.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
• Provide vendors with constructive feedback and regular updates.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes.
• Arrange appointments for mortgage brokers and refer clients to solicitors.
