Job summary

Allsopp & Allsopp Group in Dubai is seeking a Sales Negotiator to handle the purchase, sale and rental of residential property. You will work closely with clients, banks and other agencies across Dubai, facilitating transactions in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

The role offers uncapped commission, full visa support, RERA licence and medical insurance, with a comprehensive training programme and ongoing support. Relocation from the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Presentable, professional and honest approach.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
• Fluency in a second language is a bonus.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

About the role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for the purchase, sale and rental of residential property across Dubai. You will work closely with clients, banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales progression teams and other real estate agencies throughout each transaction.

This is a fast paced, client facing role where no two days are the same, ideal for individuals who are motivated, driven and looking to build a long term career.
