Linley and Simpson, part of the Lomond network, is recruiting a Sales Negotiator for a full-time, permanent role with a 9am-5.30pm Mon-Thu schedule and 9am-5pm Friday, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:30am-1:00pm. Basic salary £25,000 with £5,000 on-target earnings in commission.

You will proactively respond to enquiries, set appointments, and strive to meet sales targets while progressing sales through to completion and liaising with all parties involved.

Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Drive and ability to close a deal.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Able to achieve sales targets.
• Experience in property is preferable.

Responsibilities

You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, early finish on a Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus 1 in 4Saturdays 9.30am to 1.00pm.

The basic salary is £25,000 with on target earnings of£5,000 in commission

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Proactively responding to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meeting sales targets.
