Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Fulfords residential sales team in Tavistock. This role offers industry-leading training, a clear career ladder, and exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and other specialist services.

£25k Basic Salary with Uncapped Commission and career progression await the right candidate. You will generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate sales, and progress deals to completion while

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations.
