Job summary

Connells Group is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Fulfords residential sales team in Dawlish. The role offers £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and clear career progression.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, value valuations, show homes and negotiate on offers. The position includes driving performance in a target-driven environment, active lead generation, and progression of sales with Mortgage Advisor appointments.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
