Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join Stratton Creber's residential sales team in Looe. You will deliver exceptional service, generate valuations, conduct viewings, and drive sales from initial inquiry to exchange and completion.

The role offers industry-leading training, a clear career ladder, and an uncapped commission structure alongside a base salary of £25k.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
