Job summary

Connells Group in Eastleigh is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join Fox & Sons’ residential sales team. You will deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers, drive property valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and progress trades to exchange and completion.

The role offers industry-leading training, a clear career ladder, and an uncapped commission structure on top of a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
