We are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our vibrant office in Westcliff On Sea. A day in the life of an Experienced Sales Negotiator at our haart branch in Westcliff On Sea
  • Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings according to their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Marketing properties to buyers using various marketing skills
  • Focusing on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvassing the local area
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills of an Experienced Sales Negotiator at our haart branch in Westcliff On Sea
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
