Arlington Residential are a leading estate agency with a strong presence in North West London, known for our bespoke service, deep market knowledge, and commitment to excellence. Our St John’s Wood office represent some of the most prestigious properties in the capital, and we are seeking a seasoned Sales Negotiator with experience in St John’s Wood and Hampstead to join our dynamic team.

Salary - Basic plus Commission

Hours - Mon-Fri 9am-6pm , Saturdays (by appointment only). Occasionally working outside these hours may be required.

We are seeking someone who is highly motivated, proactive and preferably have worked with high net worth individuals and luxury properties.We would prefer someone with a good working knowledge of St John’s Wood / Regents Park / Hampstead. Our ideal candidate will be proactive and able to work independently, as well as having organisational skills and a confident telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Register applicants and maintain regular contact with them
• Deal with Relocation Agents enquiries and maintain regular contact with them
• Conduct viewings with prospective buyers, demonstrating detailed local market knowledge and professionalism
• Maintain and grow a network of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and

investors.

• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, achieving the best outcome for all

parties

• Provide accurate valuations and market appraisals, supported by local data and

insights.

• Complete the take-on process for successful appraisals
• Manage the sales process proactively, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other

stakeholders to ensure timely completions.

• Keep all records and CRM systems up to date, ensuring compliance with current

Legislation.

The Candidate

• Minimum 2 years of residential sales experience, with a proven track record in St John’s Wood and Hampstead
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Confident, personable, and highly presentable with excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).
• Focused team player
• NAEA qualification (desirable but not mandatory).
