Charters Estate Agents in Brighton is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our busy team. You will deliver an outstanding landlord and tenant experience, maximise lettings, and build lasting relationships across the local market.

You’ll manage negotiations, ensure compliant documentation, and develop a strong network of contacts while working to targets. A UK driving licence and local market knowledge are preferred.

We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Brighton team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for landlords and tenants while maximising business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Using your knowledge of the local property market to successfully facilitate lettings
• Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords, tenants and professional contacts
• Negotiating rental terms to achieve successful outcomes for clients
• Handling sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism and diplomacy
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant legislation
• Keeping up to date with changing market conditions and adapting your approach accordingly
• Working closely with internal teams to provide a seamless customer journey
• Developing and maintaining a strong network of local contacts
• Managing your time effectively and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
• Taking a proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems and overcoming challenges
• Consistently maintaining high professional and ethical standards

• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
