Job summary

Bairstow Eves in Sittingbourne is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the residential sales team. You will deliver exceptional service while driving business results, from valuations and viewings to negotiating offers and progressing to completion.

The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and a clear career ladder within Connells Group, plus opportunities for development and progression.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment
• Ability to generate new business and build relationships
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literacy with MS Office and email systems
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:
