Job summary

Connells Group in Swanley is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Mann residential sales team. You will deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results, including valuations, viewings, offers and progressing sales to exchange and completion.

We offer a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission, industry-leading training, a clear career ladder and a supportive high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
