Job summary

LJ Recruitment is seeking a Sales Negotiator for our estate agency team in Coleford, Forest of Dean. You will conduct property viewings, handle enquiries, and build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers, delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Estate agency experience is highly desirable, but transferable backgrounds in sales, customer service or administration will be considered. Full training is provided in valuations and other areas as needed.

Sales Negotiator

Location: Coleford, Forest of Dean

We're looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our friendly and ambitious estate agency team, based in Coleford, Forest of Dean.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play an important role in helping our clients successfully navigate the property sales process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property viewings and providing knowledgeable, professional guidance to potential buyers
• Handling telephone, email and in-person enquiries confidently and professionally
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with buyers, sellers and colleagues
• Providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
• Following up enquiries and viewing feedback and actively progressing sales
• Assisting with property marketing, including preparing property listings and promoting homes across relevant platforms
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administration is completed to a high standard
• Carrying out property valuations - full training will be provided
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business and contribute to the continued growth of the branch

Experience

Previous estate agency experience is highly desirable, particularly experience within residential sales.

Full training will be provided in property valuations and other areas of the role where required.
