Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Sales Negotiator for Exeter, Devon. The role focuses on managing enquiries and negotiating new home sales within a regional New Homes team. You will support sales across the region and drive transactions through to completion.

The position is full-time with a base salary of £28,000–£30,000 plus commission, training, progression and long-term stability. A driving license is required and hybrid/office presence is expected in Exeter.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in estate agency or a similar sales environment.
• Strong negotiator with drive and competitive results.
• Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
• Full UK driving license.

Are you a confident, driven individual with sales or estate agency experience who enjoys negotiating, solving problems and winning business? Do you want to join a well-established regional estate agency where you can make an impact, develop your skills and build a long-term career?

This is a full-time permanent position within an established New Homes team, working predominantly from the Exeter office and supporting the sale of new homes across the region. You'll be responsible for handling enquiries, working with buyers, negotiating sales and helping to drive transactions through to completion.

This role would suit someone with a couple of years' experience in estate agency or a similar sales environment who is looking for a new challenge.
