Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Stratton Creber residential sales team in Looe. £25k Basic Salary with Uncapped Commission | Career Progression.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
