Job summary

The Recruitment Experts is seeking a Property Consultant for their Harborne, Birmingham office. The role involves arranging and conducting viewing appointments, liaising with vendors and buyers, and driving negotiations to meet targets.

A minimum of around 1 year of experience as a Sales Negotiator in estate agency is preferred. Working hours are 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a Saturday rotation including half-day in lieu.

Realistic OTE: £36,000
