Are you a new homes sales negotiator looking for the chance to sell beautiful homes on a stunning scheme? Our client is a 5* developer looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to deliver their great product on site near Bicester, Oxfordshire! This is a permanent role and you will be working on site in a busy sales and marketing suite.

There is strong career progression, with the opportunity to make the next step up to Senior Sales Negotiator within the next 2 years.

On offer is a basic salary of up to £30,000 with a realistic OTE of £57,000. You will be flexible to work on weekends, with Tuesday/Wednesday as your day off and 1 weekend off in 6.

You will have proven new homes sales experience, sales drive, and be self-motivated to successfully convert leads into sales!

Using your previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, you will manage the customer from enquiry through to exchange and completion, delivering a 5* customer journey at all times. You will report into the Sales Manager.

For this role duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting customers on site
• Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
• Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
• Taking customers on viewings
• Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
• Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
