Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Birmingham B11
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team across sales, marketing, and estimating functions
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Drive new customer acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives and strong client relationship management
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and competitive customer quotations
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate costing and scheduling
Take ownership of all marketing content and ensure consistent brand messaging
Maintain and optimise the quoting/pricing system
Oversee team performance, development, and recruitment
Represent the business professionally in all client and stakeholder interactions
Contribute to management meetings with insightful reporting and recommendations
2+ years' experience in sales & marketing leadership
Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability
Skilled in team management, reporting, and strategic planning
Excellent communication, organisational, and tech-savvy skills
A hands-on, collaborative leader with a growth mindset
Experience in a technical or product-based industry (training provided)
A-Level Maths or equivalent
