Pitch is proud to be partnered with a creative design agency based in Birmingham city centre, recruiting a talented Marketing & Sales Manager for either full-time or part-time work.

The agency works with high-profile international brands across various industries, delivering highly creative and thoughtful work across print and digital channels. Their services include brand design and marketing communications, with a focus on quality that elevates brands within their target markets. Located in a vibrant creative space in Birmingham, they offer a flexible working arrangement with 2-3 days onsite per week. The role can be full-time or part-time, from 3 to 5 days per week.

Due to growth, they seek a highly talented B2B, lead generation-focused Marketing & Sales Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities of the Marketing & Sales Manager:
  1. Develop and implement an impactful marketing strategy focused on outbound marketing and inbound lead generation to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Execute creative marketing campaigns across email, social media, events, paid media, PR, and thought leadership.
  3. Manage warm marketing leads by creating tailored messages and nurturing campaigns to engage target clients.
  4. Engage with potential new clients, follow up on marketing engagement, and initiate conversations.
  5. Analyze campaign results and effectiveness to continually improve outcomes.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a lead generation/business development-focused B2B marketing role, aimed at improving brand engagement, inbound leads, and revenue.
