Pitch is proud to be partnered with a brilliant creative design agency based in Birmingham city centre to help them recruit a talented Marketing Manager to join their team.

This agency works with high-profile international brands across various industries, delivering highly creative and thoughtful work across print and digital channels, including brand design and marketing communications. They pride themselves on quality work that builds and elevates brands within target markets. Located in a vibrant creative space in Birmingham, they offer a flexible working arrangement with 2-3 days onsite per week. The role can be full-time or part-time, ranging from 3 to 5 days per week.

Due to growth, they are seeking a talented B2B, lead generation-focused Marketing & Sales Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement impactful marketing strategies focused on outbound marketing and inbound lead generation to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Execute creative marketing campaigns across email, social media, events, paid media, PR, and thought leadership.
  • Manage warm marketing leads, creating tailored messages and nurturing campaigns to engage target clients.
  • Engage with potential new clients, follow up on marketing interactions, and initiate conversations.
  • Analyze campaign results and effectiveness to optimize future marketing efforts.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a lead generation/business development-focused B2B marketing role, with a track record of improving brand engagement, inbound leads, and revenue.
  • Hands-on experience in delivering sales and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
