Located in a vibrant creative space in Birmingham, they operate with a flexible mix of home and office work, typically 2-3 days onsite. The role can be full-time or part-time, from 3 to 5 days per week.

Due to growth, they seek a B2B, lead generation-focused Marketing & Sales Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing impactful marketing strategies focused on outbound marketing and inbound lead generation to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Implementing creative marketing campaigns across email, social media, events, paid media, PR, and thought leadership.
• Engaging with warm marketing leads through tailored messaging and nurturing campaigns.
