Job Description:

SYR is working with a renowned brand in the superyacht industry seeking a Sales Manager.

The company specializes in yacht coatings and paint. Having experienced solid growth, the owner now aims to focus more on operational aspects by hiring a commercial professional to generate new leads and business.

Reporting to the owner, the role includes:

  • Representing the business at global shows and events
  • Setting and tracking targets for business development
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Gathering customer information for quotations
  • Data entry into the CRM to monitor progress
  • Acting as a business ambassador
  • Generating leads via social media content

The ideal candidate will have experience and a network within the luxury yachting sector, particularly in new build or refit projects. A strong contact list will enable effective lead generation and conversion.

This autonomous role involves extensive travel and offers growth opportunities, both financially and in team development, as sales expand.

While primarily remote, the candidate must be able to travel easily within Europe without visa restrictions.
