Job summary

## Sales Manager SouthSouth£55000A fantastic opportunity for an experienced fire safety sales professional to build and develop a trade partner network across the South of the UK, driving growth in the fire safety equipment market.### About the roleOur client is looking for a Sales Manager to cover the South of the UK, focused on establishing and growing a trade partner network within the fire safety sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for appointing distributors and resellers, supporting partners to drive business, and developing the fire safety equipment market. This role suits either an experienced sales engineer ready to step into a sales management position, or an established sales manager, both with a background in fire safety products.### What you will do* Establish and develop a trade partner network, appointing distributors and resellers in the fire safety sector* Engage with and support trade partners to influence and drive business growth* Understand product specifications and deliver training to trade partners on fire safety systems and products* Enrol partners in training programmes covering relevant systems and products* Create training roadmaps, provide design solutions, and supervise installations for trade partners* Liaise cross-functionally with internal departments including logistics, accounts, and the training team* Track and analyse partner and sales performance continuously to support the achievement of annual organisational objectives### What we are looking for* 3-5 years' experience as a sales engineer or sales manager in the fire safety industry* Detailed knowledge of at least one of the following: Kitchen Suppression Systems, Total Flooding Systems, Tube Based Systems, or Fire Extinguishers* Proven ability to build and manage distributor or reseller networks* Ability to understand and communicate product specifications to trade partners* Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
