Interaction Recruitment in Coventry is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead new business development across Warwickshire. You will manage your own leads, drive account growth and guide the sales cycle from initial contact to close.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management and new business development.
• Experience generating your own leads and developing new opportunities.
• Proven ability to grow existing customer accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and target driven.
• Confident managing your own sales pipeline.
• Experience in Facilities Management or Construction sectors advantageous but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the West Midlands.
